how many milliwatts make a burning laser?

cause im thinking of making one with a dvd burner diode or buying the diode from a online store
but i need to know how many milliwatts does it need to make it burn stuff like a match head or a firework

    I have a 200mW focusable red laser. It can’t light everything on fire, but it can light matches and fuses, and pop most balloons. And most of the things it can’t light will start smoking after a while.
